1. Purchase Parameters & Order Limitations
- Account Integrity: You are fully accountable for keeping your platform login credentials secure. If we trace fraudulent ordering activity linked to your profile, we reserve the right to suspend account access immediately.
- Inventory Availability: All items displayed in our catalog (including custom embroidered shirts and unique home decor pieces) are dependent on active workshop material limits. If real-time stock fails after an order is processed, a full credit will be immediately routed back to you.
- Pricing Discrepancies: While we strive for accuracy, rare systemic technical glitches can result in display pricing bugs. If an item is purchased at an incorrect value, we reserve the full right to cancel the transaction and issue an immediate payment reversal.
2. Payment Terms & Razorpay Security
- All financial clearings are handled safely by our verified third-party gateway provider, Razorpay.
- By submitting standard billing data during checkout protocols, you verify that you possess lawful authority over the designated bank card, digital wallet balance, or UPI address utilized.
3. Order Cancellations & Customer Actions
- Modifications: Customers can choose to alter or cancel standard item shipments through their Profile Dashboard > Orders Tab prior to the order transitioning to a 'Shipped' status.
- After Dispatch: Once items are passed into our courier logistics loops, orders cannot be pulled back or canceled. Any subsequent changes must follow our standard 7-day post-delivery returns and size exchange policies.
